President
Hey there! I joined the PTA as a way to give back to this school and neighborhood that has given my family so much. Let’s have a great school year and see you out there!

Vice President
Hi! I’m Camille Goulding, and I’m excited to serve as Vice President of the Elsa England PTA!
I’m a mom of four and passionate about creating strong, welcoming communities where families feel connected, supported, and excited to be involved. Professionally, I work as a Program Specialist with the Texas Workforce Commission, and I have more than 10 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, program management, community outreach, fundraising, and event planning. Before joining TWC, I served as a Program Manager with 4th Trimester Arizona, where much of my work centered around bringing people and organizations together to better support families and communities.
Those experiences have taught me how powerful a community can be when people feel welcomed, heard, and given meaningful ways to participate—and that’s something I hope to bring to our PTA.
As Vice President, I’m excited to work alongside our incredible parents, teachers, staff, and PTA volunteers to create fun experiences for our students, support our teachers, strengthen communication with families, and continue building the sense of community that makes Elsa England such a special place.
Most importantly, I’m a fellow Elsa England parent who wants our kids to have an amazing elementary school experience. I’m looking forward to meeting more of our Leopard families this year, so please come say hello when you see me around campus or at a PTA event!
Go Leopards!

Treasurer
I’m honored to serve as the PTA Treasurer and support our school community through thoughtful financial stewardship and transparency. I’m committed to helping ensure that PTA funds are managed responsibly and used to create meaningful opportunities and experiences for our students, families, and teachers. I look forward to working alongside our PTA board and school community to make this a successful year!

Secretary
Hello! Personally, I am a proud and exhausted mom of 2 kids - Grade 2 and Pre-K3! Professionally, I am a CPA, Director of Finance at a Software start-up, happy to brainwash any middle schoolers/high schoolers to lure them into the world of Finance! Honored to be part of Elsa England’s PTA ! Thanks for nominating and electing me as PTA Secretary for 2026-2027 term. Looking forward to volunteering, interacting more with the wonderful Community and School.

Volunteer Coordinator
Hi! My name is Ariana (Ari) Arce. This is my second year on the PTA as the Volunteer Coordinator and my family’s fourth year at Elsa England. I have two kids. My oldest is in 3rd grade and my youngest is in Kindergarten. I am originally from South Texas. My family and I relocated to Austin due to my husband’s work. I am an avid reader and love traveling. I look forward to this school year and the many opportunities available to help these amazing kids and this community!

Parliamentarian
I’m Arthi. I have proudly called Austin home for the past 15 years. We joined the PTA because we believe small contributions from many families can make a big difference. Our two boys attend Elsa, and we feel so grateful to be part of this wonderful school community. We’re excited to get to know more families, join in the fun, and work together to make Elsa an even more supportive, and amazing place for our kids to learn and grow.

Homeroom Parent Coordinator, Geography and Math Superstars
Howdy! My name is Tasha Zander, and I have been a proud Leopard parent for the past 7 years. My oldest son is entering 7th grade this year, and my youngest son is a 4th grade Leopard! This is my second year as Homeroom Parent Coordinator, my 3rd year running Geography Superstars, and my 6th year running Math Superstars! I am also an adjunct chemistry professor for a community college in Arizona and love to foster dogs in my spare time! My family and I love to travel, and it is on our bucket list to visit all of the National Parks in the US (we have been to 32 of the 63 so far!)

Board Member
Fifth year with the PTA, four years of being actively involved and still happily saying “yes” when someone needs a hand! 😆
From Spelling Bee and Spirit Wear to helping transition the Math Penthatalon to the PTA, the Spring Carnival and many other smaller support roles, I’ve loved being part of the action.
This year, I’m excited to support our new executive board wherever I can. My son is in 4th grade now, and through him (and his friends!), this community has become very special to me. ❤️ Always happy to help, answer questions, or jump in when needed. Here’s to another fun year!

Teacher Appreciation
Hi! I’m Renee Chapa, and this is my sixth year helping with Teacher Appreciation at England—a role I’ve loved since my daughter, Minka was in third grade. Minka is now in eighth grade at Pearson Ranch, and my son, Jeter, is a third grader at England. I work in women’s health and genetic testing, and when I’m not working, you can usually find me at the baseball field, dance studio, or planning something special for our amazing teachers and staff. I’m looking forward to another wonderful year at England! 💙🐯

Fundraising
I’m Vijaya Baliwada, a mom of two boys, both at Elsa England Elementary. Our family moved to Austin 4 years ago and have since made this community our home. I enjoy meeting people from different walks of life, learning from our shared experiences as parents, and giving back to a community that gives so much to our children. Professionally, I work in product and strategy in the technology industry, bringing people and ideas together to solve problems and drive impact. I’m excited to bring that experience and energy to the PTA and look forward to getting to know more of our Elsa England families!
